REPEAL DAY DINNER CELEBRATION – Was great!

 

We had Master Distillers and Distillery Representatives freely sharing with our celebrants their finely crafted Kentucky made whiskeys.  For those misguided souls who drink libations other than Bourbon whiskey, there was be a cash bar  for their sipping pleasure.  Appetizers and a Bourbon theme buffet dinner with all manners of tasty delights custom designed for the festivities by the renowned Pendennis Club Chefs, live music of the Prohibition era by the band, Swing 39,  a silent auction of highly coveted items donated generously by our distilleries, local artists and artisans – it was a blast! Did I mention the author of the Kentucky Bourbon Cocktail Handbook, Joy Perrine, was there shaking up eggnog and special cocktails?
